”Taxi”

The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Taxi” is an August 2022 release of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe in a colorway inspired by the iconic “Black Toe” Jordan 1 from 1985. Interestingly enough, the “Taxi” is also inspired by a rare, unreleased sample Jordan 1 High OG given to Shinedown, a Jacksonville, Florida based rock band, in celebration of their “Attention Attention” album release in 2018. As for the “Taxi,” yellow leather is found on the perforated toe and black leather is found on the toe cap, forefoot, and eyelets. The black leather around the toe is inspired by the original Jordan 1 “Black Toe” from 1985. Release date: August 13, 2022
